Our build out was quite extensive, with it being a franchise, it had very specific build out requirements and our franchisor is neither forgiving nor easy to work with. Todd’s attention to detail is amazing and anytime there were deviations in the plan, they were communicated with us immediately. There are so many unexpected events that happen during construction including delays in deliveries and long lead times for necessary materials, all of which were handle with such professionalism.
